Lamb Rogan Josh

Lamb marinated overnight in yoghurt and spices, then slowly braised in a sauce based on toasted dried red chillies, black cardamon and lamb stock. Cooked till very tender and melt in the mouth. Garnished with shards of ginger fresh coriander and chillies.
