Sri Lankan Black Pork Curry (GF)

The main source of heat in this curry comes from black pepper rather than chillies, whole black peppercorns are toasted with, cumin seed, coriander seed, cardamon, black MUSTARD seed, clove and fennel. The marinated meat is then gently cooked with green peppers, tamarind, sliced onions, and fresh coriander. Its robust, dark and warming.
