Cauliflower Tikka Masala

Cauliflower marinated with YOGHURT, spices and fresh lemon juice overnight to get fully charged on flavour. Charred in the tandoor and then simmered in a rich masala sauce made of tomatoes, onion, ginger, garlic, fiery green chillies, and the holy grail of spices.
